All of our classes start with a warm-up that involves running, practicing basic maneuvers, and some partner work. Once we finish our warm-up, we move into technique. During this time, we may learn up to 3 or more techniques. As we go through these techniques together and start to master them, we move on to rolling, which is most people's favorite part of the class! This is where we can practice our techniques in live action rolling!
